Through our partnership with AIESEC, we welcomed three marketing interns to our office in Novi Sad. One intern joined us from Romania, one from Armenia, and one from Serbia.
What Is AIESEC?
AIESEC is one of the largest youth-led organizations in the world, active in more than 100 countries. It helps students and young graduates gain international experience through internships and professional placements abroad.
A Cross-Cultural Experience in Novi Sad
During their time at DataDrill, the interns worked closely with our marketing and business development team on real projects and daily activities.
The interns participated in several marketing initiatives, including branding work, social media activities, campaign planning, and preparation of materials for industry events such as HealthDays Vienna.
Learning by Doing
Over several weeks, the interns contributed to activities such as:
Creating marketing materials and brand assets
Designing visual templates for social media
Preparing promotional materials for international industry events
Supporting campaign development for both business visibility and talent attraction
