Chief Executive Officer
Stefan founded DataDrill with a simple idea: data in life sciences is too important—and too expensive—to be left in silos or spreadsheets. His background combines technical expertise with a strong understanding of how biotech, CROs, and digital health teams actually operate day to day. Rather than scaling fast, Stefan’s priority has always been to scale right. That means choosing long-term relationships over short-term wins, solving fewer things but solving them better, and making sure every client engagement has lasting value. He stays close to clients not just to lead—but to listen.
Business Development Manager
Vuk’s role at DataDrill centers on one thing: understanding what makes the client’s work complex—and what’s slowing it down. He speaks daily with teams across biotech, pharma, and clinical operations to get a clear picture of how data impacts their workflows, where the gaps are, and what’s standing in the way of better decisions. Rather than lead with solutions, Vuk focuses on asking the right questions and making sure the conversation stays grounded in the client’s reality. His job isn’t to pitch features—it’s to help organizations think more clearly about the challenges they’re facing and see if there’s a better way to approach them.
Tech Lead
Marko leads the technical delivery at DataDrill, making sure each solution does exactly what the client needs it to—and nothing they don’t. With a background in data engineering and system architecture, he’s most often the one ensuring that integrations run smoothly, infrastructure scales properly, and the product holds up under real-world use. Clients trust Marko because he knows how to ask the uncomfortable technical questions early—before they become problems. He translates complex requirements into stable, maintainable solutions that keep compliance and performance front and center.
Operations Manager
Tanja is responsible for making sure things work—internally and externally. She coordinates cross-functional teams, aligns delivery schedules with client expectations, and ensures that nothing falls through the cracks. From resource planning to documentation, Tanja helps translate client goals into actionable, trackable workflows. She’s often the reason projects stay on time, communication stays clean, and every handoff is smooth. Clients appreciate her structured, calm, and no-nonsense approach to execution.
